How to Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products that you have received, you can return them and get a refund by taking the following simple steps:

Contact our customer service at msmorders@muscatstarmart.com
Provide the order details with valid reason for return
After approval, please pack the product in the original packing
Our team will collect the product from you
The payment process will be completed within 7 days by either crediting the amount to your MSM account or your original Payment Account as per your selection

Please note the following conditions for returns:

You can request a return within 90 days of purchase
Garments items can't be returned if worn, washed, damaged, or no tags and stickers
Food related items cannot be returned
Beauty and personal care items cannot be returned
Customized products cannot be returned
Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned

After approval of refund from our team, an amount of 3.000 OMR will be deducted from the refunded amount as return shipping fees.
